Source of the Arda River

A marked scenic trail from the Bilyanska hamlet to the source of the Arda, which springs from under an old beech tree below Ardin Peak, a few metres from the Greek border. The path crosses meadows with views of Gorna Arda, Kom and Perelik and passes the Dyadova Ryaka complex. At the spring there is a glade with shelters and fire pits. The area is a border zone, so carry your ID.
