Bagpipe Museum, Stoykite

The only bagpipe exhibition in Bulgaria, "The Bagpipe, Ancient and Eternal", opened in 2022 in Stoykite, the village of famous pipers and of Apostol Kisyov, who founded the Hundred Kaba Bagpipes orchestra. The collection was built entirely from donations and holds more than 250 items: bagpipes, tools for making them, documents, photographs and recordings from every folk region. Visits are arranged by phone.
